This website, arfelpitogorealtor.com ("the Site"), is operated on behalf of Arfel Pitogo, a licensed California real estate agent (DRE# 02236778) brokered by Luxe Realty Group. This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

When you fill out a form on the Site — the contact form or the Buyer's Guide request — you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and a message describing what you're looking for. You are never required to submit a form to browse the Site.
How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about your real estate goals.
- To send you the resource you requested (such as the Buyer's Guide).
- To keep track of our conversation. Form submissions are stored in Follow Up Boss, a customer relationship management (CRM) service used to manage client communication.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send spam. You can ask to stop receiving follow-ups at any time by replying to any message or contacting us directly.
Information Collected Automatically
The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located (city level), and how they found the Site. We will honor deletion requests unless a record must be kept for legal or transactional reasons.

The Site is intended for adults seeking real estate services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
